The live music boom continues… and this time, Shah Rukh Khan has entered the fray. The Bollywood superstar has announced UNIFYD, a multi-stage music and culture festival he will curate, with D’YAVOL Live and District producing the event. The festival aims to give Indian music an international platform and bring together audiences from India, the Middle East and the wider South Asian diaspora.
WHEN AND WHERE IS UNIFYD TAKING PLACE?
UNIFYD will take place on March 20, 2027, at Etihad Live on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The inaugural edition is being held in collaboration with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi and Miral, and in association with Emirates NBD.
WHO IS PERFORMING AT UNIFYD?
The announced lineup features Arijit Singh, Karan Aujla and Sonu Nigam as headliners. More than 15 artists are expected to perform across multiple stages, with the full lineup yet to be announced.
Sonu Nigam will perform at a music festival for the first time in his career, according to the announcement. Arijit Singh will be in the midst of his recently announced India-run next March, and this performance will certainly attract a sizeable Indian audience in the Middle East.
WHEN DO UNIFYD TICKETS GO ON SALE?
Tickets for UNIFYD will be available exclusively through the District app.
Early access for Emirates NBD cardholders begins at 9:30 AM GST (11 AM IST) on October 19, 2026, and runs until 9:30 AM GST (11 AM IST) on October 20.
General ticket sales begin at 10:30 AM GST (12 PM IST) on October 20, 2026.
Ticket prices have not yet been disclosed. The official District ticketing page currently lists the event as “Coming soon.”
WILL UNIFYD EXPAND TO OTHER CITIES?
The organisers have outlined plans to expand UNIFYD into additional cities and markets worldwide, although no further locations have been announced yet.
